1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Due to the intimate nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@jjlbromens.com.

5. Return Shipping

  • To initiate a return, please email support@jjlbromens.com with your order number.

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
