Due to the intimate nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Gift cards or promotional items.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Exchanges

5. Return Shipping
